Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to join our electronic development team, where you will participate in projects, work with modern infrastructure, and develop technical skills. Here, you will not only resolve incidents: **you will participate in real projects, work with modern infrastructure, and continue developing your technical skills daily.** **What will you do in this role?** * Handle and resolve Level 1 support escalations within SLAs. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on servers and infrastructure. * Collaborate with field and development teams to resolve critical incidents. * Participate in the implementation of new technology projects. * Maintain the internal knowledge base up to date. * Diagnose and resolve network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). * Administer Windows Server and Linux environments (CLI). **What we are looking for in you** **Education:** * Engineering intern, TSU graduate, or self-taught professional with certifications (CompTIA, CCNA, Azure Fundamentals, etc.). **Experience:** * 3 to 4 years in technical support or systems administration. **Key Knowledge:** * Virtualization and cloud (VMware, Azure, AWS or similar). * Networking and protocols. * Administration of Windows and Linux systems. **Language:** * Technical English (reading and writing). **What we offer** * Salary: **$13,000 monthly net \+ bonus for meeting metrics** * Hybrid work arrangement * Schedule: 8-hour shifts, with **2 days off** * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Major medical expense insurance * Educational support * On-site cafeteria Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Major medical expense insurance * Remote work Work Location: Hybrid remote in 45040, Chapalita Sur, Jal.
