We are currently seeking an Operational Supervisor in the Private Security area, with experience managing high-turnover teams, supervising more than 200 people, relevant industry experience, and accustomed to working under performance-driven goals and pressure. You must possess a positive attitude, be proactive, capable of decision-making, skilled in personnel management, and able to foster and improve workplace climate; additionally, you must be receptive, empathetic, respectful, and attentive. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily security team operations, ensuring tasks are carried out effectively. * Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization and its assets. * Conduct routine security assessments to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, developing risk mitigation strategies. * Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, responding promptly to security breaches or incidents. * Act as liaison with law enforcement, emergency services, and stakeholders during security emergencies. * Train and educate security personnel on emergency response protocols and plans. * Investigate incidents, accidents, and security violations, preparing comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Proven experience in a security supervision role, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. * Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or private security will be highly valued. * Clean criminal record and ability to pass a thorough background check. * Physical fitness and capability to perform security duties such as standing, walking, patrolling, and responding to emergencies. * Residency in one of the following areas: HERMOSILLO, GUAYMAS, NAVOJOA, AGUA PRIETA. * Willingness to travel.
