You will be responsible for implementing quality controls, managing audits, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to guarantee total satisfaction of our global customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Process Control:** Develop and maintain control plans, inspection instructions, and acceptance criteria for production lines. * **Failure Analysis:** Lead problem resolution using root cause analysis methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) in response to customer complaints or internal failures. * **Quality Assurance:** Monitor compliance with **ISO 9001** (and ISO 14001/IATF 16949 as applicable) standards and actively participate in internal and external audits. * **New Product Introduction (NPI):** Collaborate in the validation process of new projects, ensuring quality requirements are integrated from the design phase through ramp\-up. * **Supplier Management:** Evaluate component supplier performance and manage non-conforming materials (MRB/RMA). * **Continuous Improvement:** Use statistical tools (SPC, CPK) to identify process variations and propose preventive actions. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. * **Experience:** 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in the electronic manufacturing industry. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in quality tools (Core Tools: FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA).
