Management of human resources and subcontractors Electrical engineering company seeks: Construction Resident Electrical Engineering degree or related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Neodata, and Excel. Planning, management, and execution of projects involving electrical installations and grounding systems in buildings. Supervision of construction work, progress, and construction processes. Management of human resources and subcontractors. Must understand the contractual scope of the project in question. Must be familiar with all contractual requirements for personnel and basic health and safety regulations. Develop and maintain the Strategic Development Plan. Plan, design, construct, supervise, and develop the expansion of necessary services for the project(s). Control attendance lists, payroll records, and validation of benefits (personal loans). Submit salary adjustment requests for staff under supervision to the relevant department (Human Resources). Carry out and coordinate processes, generate material purchase orders and quantity take-offs. Coordinate strategies with TSI personnel directly reporting to the resident on site. Supervise the execution of construction works. Develop and implement the quality standards manual related to construction execution. Prepare the investment budget by updating unit prices (Neodata). Deliver assigned projects within established deadlines. Validate and supervise the quality of supplied materials. Warehouse and inventory control.
