Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and empathetic Branch Expansion Specialist to negotiate and open new locations, conduct market research, and oversee construction projects. Market research and project supervision Requirements: BRANCH EXPANSION SPECIALIST For a temporary project of 6 months or longer Requirements: Incomplete Bachelor's degree. Sales experience and negotiation closing experience. Fieldwork experience. Analytical, honest, sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure, organized, responsible, empathetic, and strong verbal communication skills. Microsoft Office (intermediate level). SAP (desirable). Must have personal automobile, mobile phone, and laptop. We Offer: $19,000 gross monthly salary $2,000 productivity bonus Statutory benefits Internet and telephone allowance: $500 per month Gasoline advance: $1,500 per month Quarterly vehicle maintenance assistance: $4,000; conditional upon completing four months of service and processed via reimbursement. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Work distribution: 70% fieldwork, 30% office work. Main Job Responsibilities: Responsible for identifying available premises, negotiating with property owners, and proceeding with lease agreements; conducting market research to assess competition and identify white-space opportunities. Strong verbal communication skills, empathy, ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals, opening new stores, negotiations, and data entry. Reporting to the agency, attending morning meetings, reviewing sales targets, store openings, and visit schedules, conducting site visits and prospecting, reaching agreements for contract signing, inspecting construction sites to monitor progress and ensure timely openings, handling license applications, arranging utility meter installations and verifying account balances, assessing local area conditions, marketing activities, tracking regulatory compliance status, uploading information into internal software, managing rental budgets and electricity expenses, and inspecting stores prior to operations.
