Position Summary: At Cerámica Suro, we are seeking a Key Account Executive to manage ceramic and tile projects—from conceptualization through delivery—advising clients and coordinating with internal departments to ensure quality and on-time execution. We are looking for: **Key Account Executive** *Main Responsibilities:* * End-to-end project tracking—from conceptualization to delivery—ensuring a customer-aligned experience. * Advising clients on selecting tile and finishing solutions, considering aesthetic, technical, and functional aspects. * Communicating with internal departments (production, planning, and design) to ensure project feasibility, quality, and timely execution. * Managing the sales pipeline, tracking opportunities, progress, and deal closures. * Requesting and sharing commercial proposals, quotations, and technical specifications. * Monitoring adherence to delivery timelines, finish quality, and agreed commercial terms. * Strengthening strategic relationships through client visits, events, and networking with key accounts. *Desired Profile:* * Interpretation of architectural drawings (preferred) * Advanced English proficiency (mandatory) * Valid visa *We Offer:* * Competitive salary * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Weekly payment * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Educational support * Funeral expense assistance * Gym discount Benefits: * Savings fund * Company phone Workplace: On-site employment
