Lead the full product development lifecycle. **Your Role** We seek a dynamic, self-motivated professional to assume the role of Project Manager. This position requires a versatile professional capable of navigating the project management environment with a practical approach. You will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects, as well as contributing to strategic development and improvement of the organization’s product portfolio and processes. Throughout this time, you will actively seek opportunities to support and enhance the activities of other key teams within the organization. Your practical approach and administrative talent will be essential to ensuring successful project delivery and innovation. **Our Team** Actively seek opportunities to support and collaborate with other teams across the organization, foster a culture of teamwork and mutual support, help whenever needed to drive collective success, share knowledge and experience to contribute to project success across the organization, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project and product status. **What You’ll Do:** * Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements based on market needs and business objectives. * Identify and confront challenges head-on, finding creative solutions to keep projects on track. * Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of new product introductions (NPI) and business transfers. Be the driving force behind project or product development, actively participating throughout the entire product lifecycle. * Work closely with cross-functional teams, practically contributing to bringing products from concept to reality. Who You Are (Basic Requirements): * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management or Product Management, Engineering, or related field. * Practical experience in technical project management, new product launches, and product management. * Demonstrated ability to understand business and finance, and align responsibilities and efforts within scope. * Prior success working with cross-functional teams. * Experience communicating with customers. * Demonstrated ability to serve as a practical leader, driving cross-functional teams toward success. * Proficiency in English is mandatory. **What Will Set You Apart:** * Master’s degree in Business. * Experience in injection molding and/or assembly processes. * Knowledge of product development processes. * Familiarity with automotive requirements (IATF 16949, AIAG). * Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools. * PMP certification. * Experience working in global organizations.
