Maintenance Assistant Join our team to grow together as a Maintenance Assistant!! Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a General Maintenance Assistant, performing plumbing, metalworking, lighting, painting tasks, knowledge of electrical panels, and no restrictions for performing loading tasks. Job Responsibilities: Electrical work, welding, plumbing, mechanical work, and working at heights. 1. Perform general maintenance on facilities. 2. Monitor and maintain lighting and electrical installations. 3. Carry out interior painting maintenance of the facilities. 4. Verify that all plumbing systems are functioning properly and perform maintenance as required. 5. Provide timely and appropriate service for requests reported by staff, supporting them as soon as possible. 6. Work in compliance with safety and hygiene measures and cooperate with safety teams. 7. Respond to facility emergencies to ensure the safety of people and property. 8. Execute facility and furniture improvement activities.
