Develop and engage high-performing teams **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:*** Lead end\-to\-end production operations, overseeing Planning, Manufacturing, Production, Shipping, and Maintenance functions. * Ensure on\-time delivery of products and services through effective production planning and execution. * Drive continuous flow across the production floor while meeting established takt times. * Ensure compliance with work instructions, quality standards, and operational procedures. * Maintain machinery, equipment, and facilities in optimal operating condition. * Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and operational efficiency. * Monitor, analyze, and report key operational performance metrics. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence. * Develop, engage, and retain high\-performing teams. **Who You Are:*** A strong operational leader with a passion for manufacturing excellence. * Results\-oriented with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands\-on execution. * A clear communicator who can effectively lead cross\-functional teams. * A proactive problem\-solver who embraces continuous improvement and change. * A people\-focused leader committed to team development and engagement. **For This Role, You Will Need:*** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. * Advanced English proficiency. * Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience within the metal\-mechanical manufacturing industry. * Proven experience in manufacturing operations, strategic planning, and financial management. * Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality management systems. * Demonstrated ability in delegation, conflict management, and negotiation. **Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:*** Master’s degree or MBA. * Experience in casting, forging, machining, and assembly processes. * Experience with continuous improvement tools and methodologies. * Business intelligence and data automation experience. * Bilingual **Our Culture \& Commitment to You:****At Emerson, we foster an inclusive, collaborative, and performance\-driven culture where safety, integrity, and continuous improvement are at the core of everything we do.
