You definitely don’t want to miss out! **PROJECT MANAGER ENGINEER** **Responsibilities and Duties*** Planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of project activities. * Maintaining project schedules and deliverables using Microsoft Project. * Close collaboration with other Project Managers and the Portfolio Manager. * Coordination with remote teams; English will be the language for cross-border collaboration. * Management of vendors and external service providers. * Preparation and updating of status reports for various audiences (technical teams, management, executive leadership). * Development of presentations and documentation for project governance and decision-making. * Scheduling and facilitating regular follow-up meetings and checkpoints. * Acting as meeting secretary: documenting minutes, decisions, and action items. * Distribution of meeting notes and tracking of agreed actions. * Updating project status in Microsoft Project, Planner, Teams, and SharePoint. * Using Microsoft Power Platform tools for task and workflow management. * Leveraging ServiceNow for service tracking and incident resolution. * Identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies. * Monitoring risk status and escalating issues as necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** Systems Engineering degree or related field Advanced English Microsoft Project Planner, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform ServiceNow Assertive communication. PMP certification preferred or any project management certification.
