Handle complaints, questions, or requests from national claims staff and various regional claims departments regarding duties and responsibilities, reviewing and providing information via electronic or phone communication to meet their needs while adhering to company policies and procedures. **Requirements** Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree Experience: ADMINISTRATIVE ANALYST Experience in insurance or financial sector.
