Reporting to the **Production Manager**, responsible for managing a production line, ensuring optimal use of human resources, materials, machinery, and time to properly execute production plans. **What a typical day looks like:** * Monitor the daily production plan. * Manage and develop direct reports. * Responsible for the end-to-end process. * Bottleneck analysis * Hourly schedule adherence. * Work order closure. **The experience we seek to add to our team:** * Engineering degree or related experience. * Production Supervisor experience. * Experience in low- and high-volume manufacturing. * Experience in electronics manufacturing. * Knowledge of backend structural components and finished goods. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Familiarity with production control systems (series, flows, traceability). * People management skills. * General Excel proficiency. * 5S * Flexible working hours. * English is a plus. * ERP knowledge (WD and KRONOS) would be a plus. * Bone pile knowledge. * Work order (WO) closure. * Material re-injection knowledge. * Repair experience is a plus. * Shift 3\. **What you'll receive for your outstanding work:** * Competitive salary. * Life and GMM insurance. * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund.
