Team training and skill development **A prominent electronics manufacturing company is seeking your talent—we have openings for "Tool Maker"** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Manufacture tooling, fixtures, and spare parts for Sanmina plants using Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipment (turning and milling). Assign and track activities of available resources per shift. **EDUCATION:** Technical Diploma / Technology Degree in Machine Tools **EXPERIENCE:** * Knowledge of technical drawing and blueprint interpretation. * Use and application of hand tools, screwdrivers, Allen keys, pliers, etc. * Knowledge of cutting with vertical and horizontal band saws. * Proficiency in profile milling machines or milling machines and conventional or parallel lathes. * Proficiency in CNC; knowledge of "G" and "M" codes, tool offsets, and program loading. * Calculation of machining feed rates and spindle speeds. * Ability to work effectively within teams. * Oral and written communication skills. * Critical, logical, and mathematical reasoning abilities. * Initiative. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage machining resources and develop machining plans. * Track activities on the Gantt chart. * Validate activity reports and maintenance plans. * Request materials required for processing. * Maintain CNC equipment loaded and ready for each shift. * Deliver and receive tooling; validate their quality. * Train or develop necessary skills for departmental activities. * Implement 5S in the assigned area. **WE OFFER:** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Free transportation * Subsidized cafeteria **Interested candidates may apply through this channel.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 \- $19,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
