Interaction with authorities and customers for compliance APELSA Guadalajara S.A. de C.V. is a Mexican company dedicated to manufacturing animal-origin by-product proteins for animal feed, with over 50 years in the market and a strong national and international presence. * Customs procedures for product export and import. * Managing procedures with shipping lines and freight forwarders to meet delivery schedules and planned sales. * Coordinating and supervising logistics for land and maritime shipments to fulfill customer requirements. * Preparing reports and orders. * Processing and issuing export documentation to be sent to customers timely and accurately. * Monitoring and supporting customer operations to achieve customer service and satisfaction. * Liaising with COFEPRIS and SENASICA authorities during audits to comply with necessary guidelines for obtaining export documentation. * Monitoring any required imports. **Essential Requirements:** Full English proficiency and completed university degree. **Experience:** 2 years in international trade, exports, or international logistics. **Residence Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco **Company Location:** Tonala, Jalisco **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM **We Offer:** Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
