Excellent working environment A national logistics land transportation company, experiencing growth, is looking for a NATIONAL MOTOR TRANSPORT MONITOR OBJECTIVE: ° To provide top-quality information enabling timely decision-making and meeting customer needs, through ethical, responsible, and punctual monitoring, with the ability to respond promptly in case of emergencies or incidents. RESPONSIBILITIES: ° Timely tracking of transport units. ° Email status reports to customers regarding units. ° Maintain constant communication with the operator assigned to each service. ° Prepare reports on updates and anomalies for shift handover. ° Generate statistical information to support decision-making.
