Quality\-Cost\-Delivery Manager:** * **Monitor project risks.** * **Prepare for and participate in monthly Steering Committees.** * **Participate in the consolidation of operational reports (review of projects at the operational and financial levels).** * **Lead multiple projects with a high level of commitment.** **b. Coordinate Project Leaders and Team Leaders.** **c. Manage the hierarchical and functional structure of Level 1 Project Leaders (PL1\).** **d. Transfer knowledge and ensure the skills development of your direct team, based on your experience.** **f. Implement ALTEN's processes, methods, and tools (specifically the ADF kit).** **g. Track KPIs and prepare operational project reports for the Project Manager.** **h.
