YOUR ROLE* Designs Electrical System diagrams including harnesses. * Works closely with other engineers on routing harnesses and placing electronic modules. * Programs embedded modules (logical visual programming language). * Assembles and tests experimental wiring harnesses, electronic modules, and other electrical equipment and components. * Troubleshoots electrical prototypes to correct functional deviations * Diagnoses cause of electrical or mechanical malfunctions or failures of operational equipment and performs preventive and corrective actions. * Works from wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and engineering specifications for system or equipment modifications or expansion and performs installation. * Adjusts and replaces defective or improperly functioning circuitry and electronics components, using hand tools and soldering iron.
