Materials Analyst Responsible for materials planning and management to ensure production plan compliance, timely component supply, inventory control, and effective coordination with domestic and international suppliers. Key Responsibilities Perform materials planning in accordance with demand and production requirements. Analyze and monitor MRP (Material Requirements Planning). Generate and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders. Track delivery commitments from domestic and international suppliers. Coordinate and expedite shipments to ensure operational continuity. Monitor timely receipt of materials into the warehouse. Maintain an appropriate balance between production requirements and inventory levels. Manage and track obsolete and excess materials. Prepare shortage, inventory, and performance metric reports. Participate in internal meetings and forums, as well as those with customers, providing visibility into material status. Track and approve engineering changes related to materials. Identify and promptly resolve supply issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure achievement of operational objectives. Ensure compliance with Quality, EHS, Asset Security, Social Responsibility, and Information Security systems. Requirements Education Completed Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field. Experience Experience in Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Procurement, or Logistics. Experience in inventory administration and control. Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier tracking. Languages Intermediate-to-advanced English (ability to communicate technically and commercially, both orally and in writing). Technical Knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel preferred). Proficiency in data analysis tools and macros. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
