We are looking for a dynamic, empathetic, and highly responsible Junior Human Resources Assistant to serve as the primary contact for our employees during the morning shift. If you are passionate about direct employee interaction, resolving floor-level issues, and ensuring seamless execution of administrative processes, this is the role for you! · Your Key Responsibilities: Pre-Payroll Management: Daily registration, review, and follow-up on attendance-related incidents (attendance, absences, overtime, vacation days) to ensure accurate payroll processing for employees. Floor Presence and Employee Support: Conduct regular walkthroughs across production lines to address employee questions and requests, and maintain excellent internal communication with staff. Personnel Administration: Ensure accurate execution of administrative procedures (employment contracts, terminations, salary slip distribution, etc.). · Candidate Profile (Mandatory Requirements): Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Social Work, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 1–2 years in personnel administration, pre-payroll calculation, and labor relations (preferably within manufacturing plants). Technical Knowledge: Basic/intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, basic formulas for reporting). Familiarity with Mexico’s Federal Labor Law (LFT). Language: Basic/Intermediate English (ability to read reports, send emails, and provide basic support). Availability: Exclusive availability for the Fixed Morning Shift: 07:00–15:00 hrs, Monday to Saturday. · Competencies (Soft Skills): Empathy and Service Orientation: You will be the primary support for morning-shift operations. Autonomy and Decision-Making: Ability to resolve unexpected situations without direct supervision.
