We are looking for a dynamic, empathetic, and highly responsible Junior Human Resources Assistant to serve as the primary point of contact for our night-shift employees. If you are passionate about direct interpersonal interaction, resolving issues on the floor, and ensuring administrative processes run flawlessly, this is the role for you! · Your key responsibilities: Pre-Payroll Management: Record, review, and track daily attendance incidents (attendance, absences, overtime, vacation days) to ensure accurate employee compensation. On-Floor Support and Engagement: Conduct regular walkthroughs across production lines to address questions, handle requests, and maintain excellent internal communication with staff. Personnel Administration: Ensure proper execution of administrative procedures (employment contracts, terminations, pay slip distribution, etc.). · Candidate Profile (Mandatory Requirements): Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Social Work, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 1–2 years in personnel administration, pre-payroll calculation, and labor relations (preferably in manufacturing plants). Technical Knowledge: Basic/intermediate Excel skills (data cross-referencing, filters, basic formulas for reporting). Familiarity with Mexico’s Federal Labor Law (LFT). Language: Basic/intermediate English (ability to read reports, send emails, and provide basic support). Availability: Exclusively available to work the Fixed Night Shift. · Competencies (Soft Skills): Empathy and service orientation: You will be the primary support for nighttime operations. Autonomy and decision-making: Ability to resolve unexpected issues without direct supervision.
