We are looking for a highly experienced and driven **Senior Data Delivery Manager** to ensure the successful execution of data projects, fostering collaboration with stakeholders and delivering technically sound solutions. The role entails responsibility for delivery processes, resource planning, and client engagement, with a strong emphasis on Big Data solutions and cloud infrastructure. **Responsibilities** * Ensure the successful execution of end\-to\-end solution delivery for assigned accounts while acting as the main contact for delivery\-related concerns * Maintain compliance with delivery management processes and governance frameworks defined by chosen models * Oversee resource allocation and staffing to align with the delivery roadmap, prioritizing suitable expertise and seniority * Define and guide the technical architecture of solutions to ensure quality standards and scalability * Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and disciplines to achieve project objectives * Develop long\-term client partnerships and address challenges related to engagement risks * Prepare customer proposals, statements of work, and related project documentation * Apply best practices, methodologies, and agile principles throughout the delivery lifecycle * Identify and mitigate risks through effective risk management strategies * Analyze, measure, and improve delivery productivity for consistent advancement * Contribute to sales efforts by supporting bid processes and sharing delivery insights * Offer mentorship and coaching to other delivery managers within the team **Requirements** * At least 9 years of experience with Data and Analytics projects, emphasizing Big Data, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence * Background in Python, Scala, or Java and familiarity with Big Data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, or Kafka * Expertise in delivering data platform engineering solutions, addressing both batch and real\-time data workflows * Proficiency in SQL and capability to design and maintain Big Data systems * Previous experience leading cloud migration projects with AWS, Azure, or GCP * Understanding of data architecture principles and data security challenges * Knowledge of data visualization tools and an understanding of traditional analytics approaches * Competency in managing tasks in dynamic and fast\-paced environments with excellent client communication skills at a C1 English level * Familiarity with methodologies for project delivery and agile workflows without overlooking change management
