




Position Summary: We are seeking a Policy Retention and Service Leader to manage administrative, technical, and operational support for a network of agents. Key Highlights: 1. Handle and resolve agent requests regarding policies. **POLICY RETENTION AND SERVICE LEADER** **We are Más Protección, a distinctive Insurance Promotion Agency,** with over 50 years of experience in the industry. *Our purpose is to build a more preventive and protected Mexico.* We seek a **Policy Retention and Service Leader**, who will serve as the primary service liaison for a network of insurance agents, ensuring they receive the necessary administrative, technical, and operational support to manage their portfolios, issue policies, and reduce business cancellations (retention). **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and develop a team of 5 executives to deliver outstanding service to all our agents. * Handle and resolve agent requests related to: policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, collections, and cancellations. * Implement a proactive retention strategy to prevent agents from canceling policies due to delayed responses or poor service. * Monitor response times and service quality delivered to each agent. * Train agents on administrative processes and system usage (insurer platforms, CRM, etc.). * Generate activity and agent satisfaction reports. **Essential Requirements** * Minimum 4 years of verifiable experience in: * **Proven leadership experience managing a team and handling goals or KPIs.** * Insurance agency, promotion agency, or insurance company. * Agent, producer, or sales force support or customer service. * Comprehensive knowledge of the full policy lifecycle: issuance, endorsements, renewal, cancellation. * **Multi-line expertise or specialization in one of the following lines: auto, medical expense, life, or property & casualty.** * Intermediate Excel proficiency and experience with policy administration systems. * Ability to handle pressure and multiple concurrent requests. * Problem-solving competency (ability to act proactively and rationally). * Adaptability and tolerance for change. * **Reside in or have easy access to Plaza del Sol (Cuitláhuac, Jardines de Sol).** **We Offer** * Salary: **MXN $18,000 to $22,000 per month** gross (based on experience). * Opportunity to lead service for a significant network of agents. * Preventive medical expense insurance (Keralty). * Starting at 3 months: 1 remote workday every 15 days. * Working hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
