Opportunities for growth and training. **Position Title:** Human Resources **Position Objective:** Manage the full talent lifecycle—from attraction and selection through onboarding, personnel administration, and development—ensuring a positive work environment and compliance with labor regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Recruitment and Selection:** Post job openings, conduct interviews (in-person/telephone), and administer assessments to fill required positions. * **Onboarding:** Coordinate the induction and welcome process for new hires. * **Personnel Administration:** Manage personnel files, attendance tracking, payroll incidents, system-based employee onboarding/offboarding, and leave requests. * **Work Environment:** Support implementation of activities and strategies to improve the workplace atmosphere. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration * **Experience:** 1–2 years in general HR functions or recruitment. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (intermediate Excel), knowledge of HR software (ATS or ERP), and basic understanding of the Federal Labor Law. * * **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Opportunities for growth and training.
