If you are passionate about construction, possess exceptional communication skills, and maintain a results-oriented approach, this is your opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and capture business opportunities in ongoing construction projects that currently do not use CALIDRA products, presenting our innovative solutions and competitive advantages. * Develop and implement CALIDRA product specification strategies from the early design stages of projects, collaborating closely with architects, designers, and engineering teams. * Conduct thorough technical visits to construction sites to assess project-specific needs, identify technical challenges, and propose the most suitable CALIDRA solutions. * Deliver hands-on demonstrations and technical workshops targeting end users, applicators, and key personnel from construction companies and developers, ensuring deep understanding of product application and benefits. * Train construction companies, developers, and applicators on best practices for CALIDRA product usage, installation, and maintenance, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Provide post-sales technical support and resolve any technical concerns or issues arising during project execution. * Stay updated on the latest market trends, construction regulations, and product developments—both at CALIDRA and among competitors. * Prepare technical and project follow-up reports, documenting progress, outcomes, and improvement opportunities. * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective market penetration and brand positioning strategies. * Contribute to the development of new products and solutions by providing market and customer feedback. **Requirements:** * University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ verifiable experience in construction projects, technical support, technical sales, or product specification within the construction sector. * In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and applicable technical standards. * Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and concisely. * Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues. * Customer orientation and problem-solving focus. * Willingness to travel nationwide and conduct frequent site visits. * Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in specifying construction materials, preferably in waterproofing, coatings, or insulation. * Familiarity with architectural and engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit). * Intermediate level of English proficiency. * Negotiation and sales closing skills. * Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
