We manufacture parts for the Metal-Mechanical and Automotive industries through gray iron casting. **PURCHASING ASSISTANT** Objective Support the management of materials, supplies, and services, ensuring timely procurement at optimal cost while meeting the company’s required quality standards. **Main Responsibilities** · Prepare and track purchase orders. · Request and compare quotations from suppliers. · Track deliveries and supply lead times. · Support price and commercial terms negotiation. · Verify invoices against purchase orders. · Control and archive departmental documentation. · Assist in purchasing and expense reporting. · Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts **Education** Technical degree, incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree, or engineering degree. · Administration · International Business · Industrial \- Chemical Engineering **Experience** · 1–2 years in purchasing or logistics (preferred) **Knowledge** · Purchasing processes. · Supplier management. · Intermediate Excel proficiency. · Electrical and hardware materials. · Industrial spare parts **We Offer** 1\.
