We operate in Jalisco and Los Cabos San Lucas.** Join our team—we are seeking: CONSTRUCTION RESIDENT Job Objective: Comprehensively supervise projects, quality standards and construction specifications, catalogues of work or service items/activities, execution and supply schedules—including drawings with their modifications, general and specific construction specifications, quality standards, Logbook, agreements, and other documents generated during project execution. Requirements: · Completed Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering · Minimum 3 years of experience in this position · Experience in formwork and mass housing · Experience in finishing works Knowledge of: · AutoCAD · Office (Intermediate) · Excel (Intermediate) Responsibilities: · Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans. · Prepare and monitor compliance with construction schedules. · Assign general and daily responsibilities. · Ensure appropriate labor and materials. · Coordinate the on-site Quality Laboratory team. · Ensure compliance with all safety measures and quality standards. · Develop construction schedules. · Supervise machinery and equipment usage. · Control costs and ensure adherence to budget. · Ensure quality and agreed-upon execution schedules with various companies involved in the project. · Prepare, review, and request approval of progress estimates. · Resolve issues with integrity; report to direct supervisor via the Construction Logbook and other formal channels. · Coordinate resources entering the site. · Forecast project investment based on budget and construction schedule.
