We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and personal development. *Job Requirements:* * Education: Civil Engineering degree or Bachelor's degree in Architecture. * Minimum 3 years of experience supervising finishing works (mass housing). * Immediate availability. * **Mandatory: Must reside in Nuevo León.** *Job Responsibilities:* * Preparation and execution of interior and exterior finishes; plastering, flooring, stucco, rough plastering, tiling, painting, etc. * Electrical, plumbing, and gas installations, etc. * Leak-tightness tests. * Preparation and monitoring of checklists. * Preparing homes for the Customer Delivery Department. * Handling and follow-up on warranties. * Material and tool requisitions. * Payment estimates for contractors and subcontractors. * Attendance control for personnel under supervision.
