**Job Description** We are looking for a responsible, organized **Construction Resident** with experience in supervising and controlling construction projects. The candidate will be in charge of ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, schedules, and execution quality. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise field operations. * Ensure adherence to the construction schedule and monitor progress. * Review drawings, specifications, and budgets. * Manage materials and tools. * Prepare daily and weekly progress reports. * Perform cost estimates and procurement. * Verify quality and safety in construction processes. **Requirements** * Education: **Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.** * Minimum experience: **3 years** as a construction resident or supervisor. * Knowledge of: * Reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Cost and budget control. * Safety and hygiene regulations. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Project (desirable). * Leadership skills, decision-making ability, and capability to work under pressure.
