We are currently seeking your talent as an **MEP FACILITIES SUPERVISOR.** **Job Description:** Supervise electrical and mechanical installations of equipment, equipment testing and commissioning, building equipment, factories, etc. Medium and low voltage. Industrial electrical and electromechanical, hydrosanitary, HVAC, and special installations. Experience in vertical projects and hotels. **What responsibilities will you have?** Supervise electrical and mechanical installations of equipment, equipment testing and commissioning. Material quantification. Conduct field surveys. Protection systems for transformers, lines, substations, and high-voltage generation. Supervision of contractors (electrical, hydrosanitary, hydraulic, mechanical). Review of construction budgets and generators. Review of engineering documentation (drawings). Participate in project regulation. Track the construction schedule. Execute photographic reporting, risk matrix, and delivery\-reception letter. **What qualifications must you have?** Electrical, Electromechanical, or MEP Engineer. Mandatory experience in vertical projects of at least 3\-5 years. Experience in electrical, hydrosanitary, HVAC, and special installations. Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in VERTICAL PROJECTS, FULL APARTMENT BUILDINGS OR HOTELS AT A MINIMUM.
