Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Verifier to validate received shipments, ensuring quality, quantities, and dates are accurately recorded in the WMS system. Key Highlights: 1. Attention to detail and discipline in processes WAREHOUSE VERIFIER **Minimum Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical high school or related field preferred) * Experience in verification, validation, or quality control processes * Basic to intermediate knowledge and proficiency in WMS or logistics data capture systems * Ability to read labels, identify batches, product presentations, and expiration dates * Attention to detail and discipline in adhering to processes **Main Responsibilities** * Physically inspect each received shipment against the purchase order in the system at the loading dock. * Validate product code, presentation, quantity, physical condition, expiration date, and labeling for each item. * Confirm in the WMS system the exact receipt of all materials. * Accurately record each product line, including its location or verification result. * Report discrepancies, damages, shortages, or overages.
