Development of negotiation and analytical skills Job Objective Ensure the timely supply of materials, supplies, and services required by the company, securing optimal conditions in terms of cost, quality, and delivery time. Responsibilities Request and follow up on quotations from suppliers Generate purchase orders Negotiate prices, delivery times, and commercial terms Evaluate and develop suppliers Track deliveries and ensure compliance Maintain and update the supplier database Coordinate with warehouse, production, and other internal departments Analyze costs and identify savings opportunities Prepare procurement reports and KPIs Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field Minimum 1–2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) ERP system experience preferred Negotiation and analytical skills Organizational and follow-up capabilities Effective communication Key Competencies Proactivity Sense of urgency Results-oriented mindset Decision-making ability Teamwork We Offer Salary: $10,000 to $12,000 per month Statutory benefits Opportunity for career growth Job stability Positive work environment Employee transportation Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM Work location: Chipilo. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education - Professional Education T 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 40 years Keywords: analyst, shopping, purchases, orders, adquisicion, compras
