Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for implementing and optimizing production processes, ensuring machinery performance, developing new products, and managing continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation and monitoring of PULSAR and Quality Window systems 2. New product development and continuous process improvement 3. Support to plant management and floor production supervisors Implementation and monitoring of the PULSAR system. Perform necessary modifications to the production process to ensure full machinery performance and thereby meet product demand. Implementation and monitoring of the Quality Window (QW) software, including creation of its templates for statistical analysis data collection. Development of LUPs (Local Use Procedures) for improved process control. Development of process specifications. New product development (documentation, testing, volumetric calculations, etc.). Support to the manufacturing manager and various plant supervisors. Floor production support. Assistance to the Tijuana plant DMS to follow up on pending items related to production and/or processes. Implementation of continuous improvement projects. Development of loss trees to trigger various continuous improvement projects. Quality complaint management.
