Important logistics services company (Forwarder) We are seeking your talent as a Sales Support Responsibilities: * Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team * Perform business prospecting activities * Follow up on generated quotes * Assist sales executives in the customer closing process * Record and keep quotes updated in the corresponding work documents * Schedule business meetings and, when necessary, attend on behalf of the sales team * Research and propose new spaces, sectors, or channels for capturing potential clients * Prepare and present a report of completed quotations * Generate a monthly report detailing closed quotations * Register daily the quotations issued the previous day * Send quotations via email and closely follow up with clients * Submit quotation requests to the Pricing Executive for preparing commercial proposals * Manage travel expense billing for the sales team * Send documentation to the Administration and Finance department for billing processes * Contact clients weekly to follow up and strengthen business relationships * Coordinate and organize commercial visits with current and potential clients * Request onboarding of new clients, as well as their credit lines, from the Administration and Finance department We Offer: * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers ($800 biweekly) * Professional development plan Job Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.29 - $12,200.38 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Company phone * Additional vacations or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Experience: * Forwarder: 1 year (Required) Work Location: On-site position
