Job Summary: Nadro is seeking a Pharmacy Systematization Project Advisor to follow up on implementations, ensure system functionality, and provide technical support and advisory services to customers. Main Responsibilities: * Follow up on pharmacy systematization projects at retail points of sale * Ensure proper operation and correct use of equipment and systems by the customer * Advise customers on inventory loading * Conduct customer visits to ensure proper system usage * Provide customer service * 100% field-based sales activities * Provide technical support to system users Required Experience: * Minimum two years of customer service and sales experience * Advanced Excel proficiency * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Knowledge of databases, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), or inventory integration * Experience with sales applications and software * Familiarity with sales platforms Additional Requirements: * Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle * Valid driver’s license We Offer: * Base salary plus commissions * Statutory benefits and above-statutory benefits * Life insurance * Savings fund starting from the 6th month: 13% of base salary * Profit-sharing * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) * Vacation days * Vacation premium * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) coverage * Per diem payments * Opportunity for growth Location: Blvd. A No. 7, Parque Industrial 5 de Mayo, Puebla, Pue.
