




At **Fonda de Santa Clara**, a restaurant serving traditional Pueblan cuisine, we are seeking **Weekend Garroteros**, with a service-oriented attitude, energy, and commitment to support the floor team and ensure an excellent experience for our customers. **Requirements:** * Age: 20 to 40 years old. * Gender: Indifferent. * Minimum education: Completed secondary school. * Good physical condition. * Must live near **Cholula Centro**, or have easy transportation access. * Minimum experience: 1 year in restaurants. * **Availability for weekends and holidays.** **Main responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing the service area before, during, and after shifts. * Remove plates, glasses, and cutlery from tables and take them to the washing area. * Clean and set tables (tablecloths, cutlery, napkins). * Keep service stations fully stocked. * Assist servers in transporting food, beverages, or supplies. * Maintain cleanliness of common areas in the restaurant. * Comply with the restaurant’s hygiene, order, and service standards. * Report shortages or incidents to the Head Waiter. **Knowledge and skills:** * Proactivity and speed. * Teamwork. * Organization and cleanliness. * Friendly and respectful interaction with customers and coworkers. * Ability to work under pressure during peak hours. **We offer:** * Daily wage: $315.04 * Weekend and holiday work. * Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. * One meal per day.
