Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Analyst with experience to manage scheduling, tracking, and coordination of domestic and international shipments. Key Highlights: 1. Shipment route monitoring and optimization Mexican company specializing in domestic and international logistics services is seeking: LOGISTICS ANALYST. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. Intermediate English proficiency. Excel. Responsibilities: - Schedule pickups and deliveries on time and as scheduled. - Maintain database records in internal system for historical tracking of completed, in-process, and scheduled shipments. - - Daily shipment tracking and feedback to customers regarding their shipments, new programs, and/or requirements. - Daily tracking and feedback to transportation providers to ensure compliance with minimum operational and administrative requirements for proper performance and customer service. - Track and monitor shipments to meet required delivery dates. - Know and monitor shipment routes to reduce deviation risks (in necessary cases, with support from the Operations Manager, determine alternative routes and obtain written customer approval to mitigate insurance-related risks). - Prepare shipping documents. - Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, customers, and suppliers to ensure continuous material flow.
