Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems/Computer Engineer with experience in comprehensive infrastructure support, specialized software, and cybersecurity to ensure operational continuity. Implementation of cybersecurity measures and backup management Main Responsibilities **1\. Infrastructure and Servers:** * **Server Management:** Maintenance, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of physical and virtual servers. * **Remote Connectivity:** Configuration and optimization of remote access (e.g., VPN, Remote Desktop) to ensure seamless remote work from any location. * **Hardware Support:** Repair and maintenance of computer equipment, peripherals, and networks. **2\. Specialized Software and Applications:** * **Office Proficiency (Expert Level):** Advanced support across the entire suite, with particular emphasis on **Excel** (macros, pivot tables, and data linking). * **ASPEL Systems:** Installation, configuration, and updating of **COI** (Integrated Accounting) and **NOI** (Integrated Payroll) systems, ensuring database integrity. * **General Technical Support:** Resolution of office software incidents, external client issues, and collaboration tools. **3\. Security and Backups:** * Management of periodic backups for server data and ASPEL systems. * Implementation of cybersecurity protocols to protect the internal network. Candidate Profile * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years in comprehensive hybrid (hardware/software) support. * **Key Technical Skills:** * Configuration of Windows/Linux networks and servers. * Advanced use of ASPEL suite (COI, NOI). * Advanced Excel (mandatory). * **Soft Skills:** Proactivity, strong problem-solving ability under pressure, and excellent teamwork and service-oriented attitude. Desirable Qualifications * Knowledge of perimeter security (firewalls). * Experience in cloud-based service management (Cloud Computing).
