Job Summary: Ensure the physical, asset, and operational security of a residential/corporate tower by supervising personnel and controlling access to prevent incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and coordinate security personnel. 2. Control access and monitor security systems. 3. Respond to incidents and emergencies. Security Manager for Residential/Corporate Tower Ensure the physical, asset, and operational security of the tower by supervising security personnel, controlling access, preventing incidents, and ensuring compliance with internal protection and emergency protocols. Requirements * Minimum education: Completed high school diploma (bachelor's degree or security training preferred). * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in CCTV operation, access control systems, and emergency protocols. Main Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the tower’s security personnel. * Verify compliance with instructions, patrols, and protocols. * Control access for residents, visitors, vendors, and contractors. * Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and security systems. * Respond to incidents, emergencies, and risk reports. * Prepare daily reports and incident logs. **Working Hours:** * Tuesday to Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Sunday: 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Day off: Monday Salary: Starting at $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
