Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting **Vacancy: Systems Technician** Location: Barrio de Santiago, 72410 Heroica Puebla de Zaragoza, Pue. **Job Objective:** Ensure optimal operation of the company's technological infrastructure by providing efficient user support and guaranteeing operational continuity of systems, equipment, and networks. **Main Responsibilities:** · Address and resolve the company’s technological needs, including installation, configuration, and preventive maintenance of computer equipment and operating systems. · Administer, install, and maintain video surveillance (CCTV) systems. · Provide timely technical support to users (remote, telephone, and/or on-site), ensuring operational continuity. · Ensure optimal operation of computer equipment and administrative systems. · Manage and maintain up-to-date inventory of the company’s technological equipment. · Administer access rights and permissions to systems and equipment, ensuring information security. · Supervise and maintain servers, networks, telephony, email, website, cameras, and administrative systems (SAE), in coordination with external vendors or engineers. · Prepare quotations for computer equipment and technical services. · Install and update software required by various departments. · Maintain updated technical documentation and equipment/installation records. · Evaluate and manage connectivity (internet) requirements and email accounts. · Execute structured cabling installations and physical network modifications. · Comply with the systems department’s policies and procedures. · Support additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** · Education: Technical or Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. · Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or similar position. · Knowledge of equipment, network, operating system, and CCTV maintenance. · Experience managing servers, backups, and access control (preferred). · Knowledge of structured cabling and networking. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and remote support tools. · Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and user-oriented attitude. **We Offer:** · Base monthly salary: $10,422 gross. · Statutory benefits. · Excellent work environment. · Job stability. **Application:** If interested, apply through this channel or send your updated CV to the following contact: 22 – 28 \- 25 – 28 – 27 Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $10,422\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
