




### **Functions:** * Supervise and manage the needs, scopes, and responsibilities of the Human Resources Department. * Define the establishment and monitoring of compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls for activities related to its management in the different areas of the company. * Establish and analyze the KPIs of the Human Resources Department. * Ensure compliance with legal provisions. * Authorize personnel requirement requests. * Manage recruitment and selection procedures up to employee separation. * Perform payroll processing for employee payments. * Create, develop, and implement performance evaluation programs. * Advise Senior Management on Human Resources administration. * Follow up on the Needs Assessment Survey. * Manage and monitor the training cycle. * Be aware of internal conflict resolution programs among employees. * Monitor salary, wages, compensation, and incentive policies. * Responsible for the human resources of the area under their charge. * Supervise risks and implement improvements within the department. ### **Requirements:** * 3 years of experience as Head, Coordinator of human talent, human resources, or human capital * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration, Engineering in Innovation and Business Development, Engineering in Human Resources, or similar field (preferred) * Proficiency with the IDSE platform * Knowledge and experience in Payroll-Payroll processing * Knowledge of the SIRCE system (DC1, DC2, DC3, DC4, and DC5) * Experience in recruitment and selection using platforms * Development of Organizational Climate, Onboarding, and sense of belonging strategies * Knowledge in planning and conducting audits * Creation and management of KPIs * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law * Willingness to travel **OUR PERSONNEL RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION PROCESS IS COMPLETELY NON-DISCRIMINATORY AND ENSURES EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES.** **WE DO NOT REQUIRE MEDICAL CERTIFICATES FOR PREGNANCY OR HUMAN IMMUNODEFICIENCY VIRUS (HIV).**
