Job Objective Ensure warehouse operational continuity through temporary coverage of vacancies, vacations, medical leaves, training periods, and absences of key personnel in local and foreign branches, ensuring compliance with logistics, operational, administrative, and safety processes. Main Responsibilities * Temporarily manage warehouse operations across various local and foreign branches. * Supervise warehouse operational activities and distribution logistics. * Coordinate operational staff during coverage periods. * Ensure accurate inventory control, as well as proper goods receipt and dispatch. * Supervise delivery routes, loading, and customer deliveries. * Guarantee compliance with processes, policies, and operational standards. * Monitor operational KPIs and report incidents. * Verify compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. * Support operational staff training and onboarding processes. * Identify improvement opportunities and ensure uninterrupted operations at each branch. Requirements * Education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience supervising warehouses and logistics operations. * Proficiency in inventory management, delivery route planning, and operational staff supervision. * Full availability to travel and work at different branches. * Valid driver’s license. * Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
