




### **Market Leading Company** ### **Safety and Environmental Coordinator** **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Safety and Environment, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Safety (Mandatory, do not apply if you do not have a completed degree) * **Experience:** 2 to 3 years in the position * **Knowledge:** Regulations in safety and environmental matters (Required) * **Skills:** Handling Complaints and Conflicts, Problem Analysis and Resolution, Effective Negotiation, Assertive Communication * Advanced Excel * **Audit experience** in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 * **Knowledge of Environmental Legislation and Safety and Hygiene** * **Experience as:** * Firefighting Brigade Member, Search and Rescue, First Aid * Evacuation Brigade Member * Hazardous Materials Brigade Member * Firefighting Brigade Member * Accident Investigation and Follow-up **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, participate in, and follow up on accident investigations. * Implement and monitor the STPS PASST program. * Schedule and follow up on maintenance of emergency equipment in your area. * Ensure compliance with legal requirements applicable to your area of responsibility, as well as tracking conditions if they exist. * Organize, train, and instruct emergency brigades in your area. * Manage visits from government agencies related to safety and environmental areas for new personnel, plant staff, visitors, and contractors. * Schedule and deliver training on safety and environmental topics for new personnel, senior management, visitors, and contractors. * Participate externally in various industrial groups and/or associations to exchange best practices related to safety and the environment. * Develop and coordinate follow-up on risk assessments regarding safety and the environment. * Inspect compliance and authorize High-Risk Work Permits. ### **Our offer is $20,000 to $24,000 per month before taxes (based on experience)** * Grocery vouchers: 7% more than assigned salary = from $1,400 to $1,680 per month based on assigned salary (Enreed Voucher Card) * Year-end bonus: 30 days per year * + ️ 12 Vacation Days after completing the first year (100% vacation premium) * Life Insurance (for accidental or natural death) * Major Medical Expenses Insurance for you, your spouse, and dependent children under age) * Savings Fund (once on permanent staff) * Direct employment contract with the company * Statutory benefits from day one (100% IMSS registration) * Annual profit sharing **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm, weekend off * Availability required when necessary to attend on Saturdays or during emergency events
