Ongoing training on products and services. **ELEKTRA PROGRESO is seeking the following position:** Banking Advisor – Customer Service Ensure an excellent customer experience by offering savings products, bank loans, investments, and insurance to build long-term relationships. Main Responsibilities Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities of a loan. Ensure proper implementation and execution of insurance, AFORE, and payroll strategies. Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. Make outbound calls to place payroll and pensioner loans. Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed High School Diploma (Original Certificate) Required. Strong verbal communication skills. Enjoy interacting with customers. Experience in customer service, general sales, or service delivery. Goal- and objective-oriented. Experience in customer prospecting activities. Integrity in performing job duties.
