Proficiency in watermark-free video editing software (Adobe Premiere preferred) **Job Description:** We are looking for a **freelance** Content Creator working on a part-time basis. **Responsibilities:** * Visit real estate projects located between Cholul and Conkal to film content for social media. * Perform basic video editing (cutting and splicing videos). * Proactively create content by understanding social media trends as applied to real estate projects. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field. * Hybrid role: some days filming on-site, others editing from home. * Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation. * Knowledge of file parameters and dimensions required for social media platforms. * Photographic eye to discern high-quality shots. * Proficiency in at least one video editing software that allows export without watermarks (Adobe Premiere preferred). * Ability to work in an organized, orderly manner with attention to detail. * Personal vehicle for transportation. * Availability for part-time mornings (approximately 9 AM \- 1 PM).
