We are looking for a Construction Manager focused on planning, directing, and controlling the execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with time, cost, quality, and safety objectives. **Requirements:** * Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (degree holder with professional license) * Valid electronic signature * Age: 25 to 45 years * Minimum 3 years of experience in construction and site administration. * Experience in leadership or managerial positions. * Willingness to work on-site. * Experience in urban development, building construction, earthworks, paving, housing, hydrosanitary installations, and electrical installations. * Experience in public and/or private construction tenders and competitions. * Flexible working hours. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordination and supervision of construction activities. * Coordination of site supervisors and contractors. * Preparation and review of progress measurement documents. * Integration and control of cost estimates. * Preparation of budgets and unit price analysis. * Cost control and physical\-financial progress tracking. * Quantification of construction volumes. * Project scheduling and monitoring. * Control of materials, contractors, and subcontractors. * Preparation of progress reports and construction logs. * Review and interpretation of drawings and executive project documents. * Coordination with suppliers, clients, and external supervision. * Monitoring compliance with schedule, quality, and safety requirements on site. **Desired Competencies:** * Proficiency in OPUS, AutoCAD, Neodata, Power BI, and advanced Excel. * Cost and budget generation. * Estimation management. **We Offer:** * Salary increase upon successful completion of the 3-month probationary period, based on performance, skills, and results. * Medium- and long-term growth opportunity.
