We are seeking: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN FOR HOSPITALS (PROJECT) **REQUIREMENTS**: Maintenance Technician, Electrician, Industrial Technician / Incomplete Degree Flexible working hours (mandatory) **KNOWLEDGE** Infrastructure maintenance. Plumbing and sanitary installations. Electrical supply systems. Carpentry. Drywall installation. Painting. Welding. HVAC system operation. Medical gases and oxygen systems. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on infrastructure, plumbing/sanitary systems, and electrical systems according to a scheduled program; carry out repairs of doors, locks, partitions, ramps, structural elements, and signage placement; repair water leaks; conduct general inspections of sinks and washbasins, pipes, and electrical panels; perform plastering repairs; replace light bulbs; and execute cutting tasks—ensuring proper functionality and operational continuity of the hospital. Track preventive and corrective maintenance activities for medical gas equipment, electromechanical systems, and voice/data systems, based on vendor-provided schedules and reported equipment failures, ensuring reliable performance and uninterrupted operation. Monitor incidents reported by the operations department via ticketing system; maintain logs and photographic evidence to document and manage completed work. Conduct daily inspections of critical areas and equipment to identify malfunctions and incidents, promptly reporting them to the operations department and, where applicable, performing immediate corrective actions to sustain hospital operations. Follow up on material deliveries at site, in accordance with purchase requisitions, to execute requested repairs.
