Position Summary: ACCIONA SERVICE is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with experience in HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing systems to supervise and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance tasks. ACCIONA SERVICE requires a Maintenance Supervisor to work in the southern area of Mexico City. Requirements: Electromechanical Engineer or equivalent. Extensive knowledge in the following maintenance areas: · HVAC systems. · Electrical systems. Plumbing systems. Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance. Willingness to travel to various locations across Mexico City. Responsibilities: · MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR · Corrective: Assists in identifying, diagnosing and correcting equipment and system failures and malfunctions. Timely and proper handling of service tickets. · Preventive: Contributes to designing and scheduling maintenance activities to prevent failures, as well as implementing predictive strategies to anticipate malfunctions, according to plans provided by the client. Task Coordination: Assigns and prioritizes maintenance tasks among the team, ensuring efficient execution in accordance with the service levels stipulated by the client.
