Logistical support for branches and offices PACKAGING COMPANY WITH OVER 70 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IS SEEKING: **PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT** Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration * Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement * Proficiency in Excel * Experience in quotations and supplier management * Data entry and analysis Responsibilities: * Supply branches and offices with their monthly requirements for screen printing, stationery, and cleaning supplies; additionally, prospect and quote special requirements from wholesale sales, and support branch merchandise procurement. * Process quotations and conduct monthly purchases according to requirements submitted by branches and offices * Deliver all merchandise timely and accurately * Quote special products or special requirements from the wholesale department, identifying new suppliers * Maintain the supplier database and purchase records and histories * Verify supplier data in the QNX system for updates; if a new supplier, register them in the system Competencies: * Teamwork * Compliance with regulations * Organizational skills * Decision-making * Customer orientation * Communication skills * Negotiation Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
