




Position Summary: Orthomaster seeks a professional to control and record payments, perform bank reconciliations, and support financial management. Key Highlights: 1. Petty cash control and cash flow management Orthomaster contributes to and supports hospitals and healthcare professionals by distributing products and services of the highest quality, reliability, and safety, achieving market leadership while promoting development opportunities and employee satisfaction within an ethical and integrated company. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Two years of experience. * Electronic invoicing (CFDI in Mexico). * Bank reconciliations or use of Token. * ERP system usage. * Excel proficiency (intermediate level): **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Control and record payments to suppliers and service providers. * Manage staff travel allowances. * Perform bank reconciliations and review financial transactions. * Administer and control petty cash and cash flow. * Prepare income, expense, and bank balance reports. * Organize and archive invoices, receipts, and financial documentation. * Assist with bank transfers, payroll disbursement, and administrative and financial procedures.
