Perform a complete physical inventory of tools and support equipment in the defined warehouses, capturing reliable technical information (brand, model, serial number, condition, location) and photographic evidence, in accordance with the Supervisor's procedures and instructions. Your work is the foundation for updating and digitizing the client's tool inventory. **Job Responsibilities:** * Walk through assigned areas and cabinets, identifying each tool and verifying its physical existence, usage, and condition according to inventory procedures. * Record required technical fields (description, brand, model, serial number, condition, location, comments) in digital forms or data capture tools. * Take clear photographs of tools and their locations (cabinet/shelf), following established naming conventions for traceability. * Conduct preliminary on-site reconciliation when master lists or labels are available, identifying discrepancies (missing items, excess, duplicates, damaged tools). * Maintain the physical order of tools during the inventory process, ensuring that the inventory activity does not cause disorganization, loss, or operational risks. * Immediately report to the Supervisor any unsafe conditions, access restrictions, significant damage to critical tools, or situations preventing inventory completion. * Deliver daily batches of complete and validated records to the Supervisor and Data Analyst.
